What is your policy on opening new ports?

Shared and reseller

All unused ports on our shared and reseller hosting accounts are closed by default for security reasons. At the moment we do not support opening ports for our shared and reseller accounts.

Dedicated Servers

We can open any port for our dedicated server users. Please contact us to open a new port on your dedicated server.
