Requesting a New cPanel Password

If you lost your password, you can request a new random password through your Client Billing Account using the directions below.
If you already know your password, you can change your password in cPanel to a password of your choosing instead.
  1. Login into Certified Client Area
  2. From the top menu go into "Services" > "My Services"
  3. Locate the account you wish to manage and click  "View Details"
  4. Click on "cPanel Password" tab. You can view the current password or reset a new one
