Using Live Chat

Using the live chat feature can be a quick way to get|
issues resolved, or ask simple questions.
The main thing you should know is that any specific
work requests must be made through the ticket system.
If you are in live chat, any requests for additions or removals
other than fixing errors and such will be directed to the
ticket system. This is so we may keep records of all work
done, as well as verify you are the owner of the account.
(we keep track of what email is assigned to what account.)
Feel free to use the live chat whenever you wish, you can
get in touch with all our depts during their normal hours, and
tech support is online 24/7.
Please note that tech support will be unable to assist you with
matters regarding billing, account setup or domain registration.
