Opening a Ticket

If you wish to open a support ticket, you can do so from https://support.icertified.net
OR you can send an email to support@icertified.net.

When on the website, you can login with the promt on the right hand side of the page.
This will allow you to keep track of all your tickets and respond to them online. The
username and password are assigned to you after you open your first ticket. You
do NOT have to login to submit a new ticket.

Tech Support is available 24/7, however Administration, Billing and the Domain dept
are open from aprox 10am-6pm PST.
