Please follow the link below to start the transfer process
https://certifiedhosting.com/myaccount/cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer

You will need to have your transfer authorization code ready.
Your domain needs to be UNLOCKED and over 60 days old.
If you recently purchased the domain name, it will not transfer.

You will receive an email from your current registrar to the email address listed for the administrative contact on the domain name.
In the email will be link that you need to follow and authorize the transfer.

Transfers can take 3-5 days to process. We suggest that in the meantime you update your name servers over to us so that you can start using your new hosting account right away. PLEASE NOTE: When domains are transferred all current information including current name servers is transferred. Your name servers will still be pointing to your old host until they are updated.
