In order to enable SSH for your account, you must either fax or email us a copy of a government issued ID (i.e., driver’s license, passport, etc.).

Fax 1.909.954.9570

Please open a support ticket and request this access.
Please be sure to include your domain name with the submission so we know what account to reference.
We will also need to know your IP address your connecting from, so what we can allow you through our
firewall.

To use an SSH Client, for windows we recommend Secure CRT from Vandyke. http://www.vandyke.com/

You should use SSH2, with Keyboard interactive authentication.
If you are having trouble using SSH, please contact support.
