The bonneville shared server is suffering from RAID failure at this time.  We are working to restore all accounts from a back up at this time.

This server has large number of files and unfortunately we do not have an ETA just yet.  We will be keeping the status page updated.

A planned maintenance at our Phoenix network will occur on Thursday, April 11 from 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). During this maintenance window, we will be replacing hardware in one of our routing device modules, and a brief network disruption of about 10 - 15 minutes is anticipated.  The need for this maintenance was identified through our monitoring systems and processes, and it is being implemented as a precaution against any future disruptions.

Our Network Engineering Team will be taking all necessary precautions to mitigate any prolonged connectivity issues during the maintenance window.

A planned maintenance is scheduled at our Phoenix data center location on Wednesday March 13, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).

We anticipate a brief network disruption of no longer than 30 minutes to your connectivity during this one-hour maintenance, and our Network Engineering Team will be taking all necessary precautions to mitigate any prolonged disturbances.
